As a Career Counselor at PrimePathway, you will be responsible for guiding individuals towards their ideal career paths by utilizing your expertise in sales, inside sales, and business development. Your strong English proficiency will enable you to effectively communicate with clients and provide them with valuable advice and guidance. You will be managing client relationships through CRM systems, ensuring that each interaction is personalized and tailored to their needs.Key responsibilities:
1. Conducting counseling sessions with clients to assess their career goals and aspirations
2. Developing personalized career plans based on clients' interests, skills, and objectives
3. Guiding job search strategies, resume writing, and interview preparation
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success
5. Collaborating with the sales team to identify potential leads and convert them into clients
6. Monitoring client progress and adjusting career plans as needed
7. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and job market demands to provide the most relevant advice to clients
