Key responsibilities:1. Assist leads over WhatsApp with their questions and order information
2. Convert leads into customers
3. Report to the supervisor with lead numbers, queries, and a brief of day-to-day activities
4. Handle quotes, write emails, and handle daily activities
Note: The role is work-from-home only, does not include handling calls, and consists of purely WhatsApp-based specialized support staff.
