Key responsibilities:1. Client Acquisition and Consultation: Identify prospective hotels, schedule meetings, and conduct product demos to understand their operational needs and present how MHM Software can add value to their business.
2. End-to-End Onboarding and Training: Manage the complete onboarding cycle for new clients, including documentation, contract signing, account setup, and product training, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to our platform.
3. Relationship Management and Business Growth: Build long-term relationships with partner hotels, provide exceptional support, understand their evolving requirement, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their usage and increase business with us.
