About the role: We’re building the future of AI-driven automation — and we’re looking for someone who can help us connect with the world while we do it.As our founder's office assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients — managing inbound leads, following up, and setting appointments. You’ll also be supporting outbound outreach on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
Your mission: turn “interested” into “let’s talk.”
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle and qualify inbound leads from various channels (website, WhatsApp, social media, etc.).
2. Conduct warm calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, and emails to book meetings for the founder.
3. Manage and update CRM/lead tracking sheets to ensure zero drop-offs.
4. Assist in outbound prospecting via LinkedIn and Instagram DMs.
5. Schedule and confirm appointments between leads and the founder.
6. Maintain regular follow-ups until conversion or disqualification.
7. Collaborate with the founder on proposals, follow-up strategy, and basic client communication.
8. Report daily/weekly lead pipeline and meeting performance.
