LeXi AI is India’s first agentic AI platform for lawyers and law firms, built to transform how legal professionals prepare cases and manage contracts. From uploading a case file (like an FIR or summons) to generating legal strategies, drafting arguments, and producing court-ready documents in minutes, LeXi AI is designed to cut weeks of manual work into minutes without compromising legal accuracy.We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team and lead our market expansion efforts.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth by building relationships with law firms, individual lawyers, bar associations, and strategic partners. You will identify new business opportunities, close deals, and position LeXi AI as the go-to solution for legal automation in India and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
A. Market Development & Strategy
1. Identify, target, and build relationships with law firms, advocates, and corporate legal departments.
2. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for customer acquisition.
3. Conduct market research to understand industry pain points and align product offerings.
B. Sales & Revenue Growth
1. Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and solution-based pitching.
2. Create, negotiate, and close business deals with lawyers, firms, and enterprises.
3. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
C. Partnerships & Ecosystem
1. Build collaborations with bar councils, law associations, incubators, and legal education institutions.
2. Explore channel partnerships, resellers, and referral networks.
D. Customer Engagement
1. Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to legal professionals.
2. Gather customer feedback and work closely with the product team to refine LeXi AI.
3. Build long-term relationships to drive renewals and upsells.
E. Brand & Thought Leadership
1. Represent LeXi AI at industry events, seminars, and legal tech forums.
2. Support content, case studies, and success stories for marketing.
