About the Job
As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be at the core of our digital sales engine. Your mission is to prove the potential of digital lead generation by converting campaign-based leads into business opportunities. You’ll work closely with our strategy and marketing teams to strengthen our digital conversion funnel and help scale Redwood’s impact.Key responsibilities:
1. Engage and convert digitally generated leads through calls, video meetings, and CRM tools.
2. Understand client needs, present product solutions, and nurture long-term relationships.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns and conversion strategies.
4. Track sales metrics, report insights, and continuously improve conversion efficiency.
5. Demonstrate impact through measurable revenue growth from digital channels.
Leadership Growth Path:
1. At Redwood Algorithms, we nurture talent into leadership. Within the business development track, you’ll evolve from a BDE to Team Lead -> Sales Strategist -> Business Growth Manager.
