About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Business development & revenue generation:
1. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the technology services domain.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
3. Build a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and market research.
4. Present and pitch technology solutions tailored to client needs.
B. Client relationship management:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
2. Maintain long-term, strategic relationships with existing customers.
3. Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
4. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
C. Delivery coordination & support:
1. Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of client engagements.
2. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to manage expectations, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
3. Monitor service performance and proactively address delivery challenges.
4. Support pre-sales and proposal development efforts as needed.
