About the Job
We are a content creation company specializing in developing high-quality educational, corporate, and digital learning content. Our team works with clients across industries to design impactful learning materials, eLearning storyboards, instructor-led training content, and other creative educational solutions.We are now seeking a part-time Business Development (BD) Executive to help us expand our client base and strengthen our business relationships. The BD Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our services, and securing new projects. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, persuasive, and familiar with the eLearning or content development industry. The candidate should be able to:
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and reach out to potential clients in eLearning, education, corporate training, publishing, and EdTech sectors.
2. Generate leads through LinkedIn, freelance work platforms, email campaigns, cold calling, and online networking.
3. Achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
4. Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and quotations.
5. Present company portfolios and project samples to prospective clients.
6. Follow up on proposals and close deals effectively.
7. Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
8. Track and report weekly BD activities and performance metrics to the BD Head.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proven experience of 2–3 years in business development, client acquisition, or sales in the content development/eLearning/training industry
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)
3. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities with diverse content development clients
4. Knowledge of proposal writing, quotation drafting, and project scoping
5. Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time efficiently
6. Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (optional)
Note:
1. Should be available on all weekdays, not only weekends.
2. Proven experience of 2-3 years in business development, client acquisition, or sales In the content development/eLearning/training industry.
