About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities through various channels (online platforms, networking, events, databases, etc.).
2. Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings to present company services.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
4. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions/services.
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. Draft well-structured technical and commercial proposals tailored to each client.
7. Prepare pitch decks, capability documents, and presentations as required.
8. Collaborate closely with technical/legal teams to gather accurate information for proposals.
9. Ensure proposals are clear, compelling, error-free, and submitted within deadlines.
10. Maintain a proposal repository and update standard templates regularly.
11. Schedule and conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations.
12. Maintain CRM records and track the progress of leads and proposals.
13. Support contract finalization and onboarding of new clients.
