A Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and providing excellent customer service.

Industry: learning providers | Employment type: Full-time
1. Working Days and Hours: Tuesday to Friday: 12 pm to 10 pm
2. Saturdays & Sundays: 10 am to 10 pm
3. Monday Fixed off.
3. Salary- 2.4 LPA (Fixed) + Incentives (Depending on Target Completion).

Key Responsibilities:

A. Customer interaction and assistance:
1. Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs.
2. Provide product information and recommendations based on customer preferences.
3. Conduct demo-cum counseling sessions and convert them to sales.

B. Sales and revenue generation:
1. Achieve or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products.
2. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information.

C. Product knowledge and demonstration:
1. Properly conducting demo sessions and explaining the importance of public speaking course.
2. Closing deals on the spot in the session itself.

D. Customer service:
1. Address customer concerns and complaints, offering resolutions in a timely manner.
2. Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Collaboration: work closely with other sales teams and associates to achieve

Monthly targets: Targets to be achieved: 3x of your salary would be your monthly target. i.e., 60,000 Rs has to be achieved every month. Revenue parameter and targets needs to be achieved as per the company’s requirements.
