Key responsibilities:1. Identify and generate leads through referral networks.
2. Engage with prospective clients referred through the program via calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
3. Explain Bhanzu’s offerings and conduct product demonstrations for referred leads.
4. Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize conversion rates from referral sources.
6. Assist in organizing and executing referral campaigns and events.
7. Collect and relay feedback from referred clients to improve the referral process.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
