About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify, research, and prospect new clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
2. Schedule and conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with HR heads, Talent Acquisition leaders, and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and decision-making processes.
3. Gather detailed job requirements including role specifications, skill sets, experience levels, locations, budgets, timelines, and hiring volumes; document and share accurate briefs with the recruitment team.
4. Present recruitment solutions, negotiate fee structures, payment terms, SLAs, and closures; prepare and share proposals, rate cards, and contracts.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients; ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal recruitment teams for timely closures.
6. Share market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, competitor hiring, and industry benchmarks to help clients make informed hiring decisions.
7. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, meeting notes, job orders, and deal status in CRM systems; track follow-ups and closures.
8. Work closely with recruiters to prioritize roles, resolve challenges, manage feedback loops, and ensure candidate submissions and interview coordination happen as per client expectations.
9. Drive closure of Master Service Agreements (MSA), NDAs, and service contracts; ensure compliance with legal, finance, and operational requirements.
10. Coordinate with finance teams and clients for timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, dispute resolution, and achievement of monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
