About the Job
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who’s passionate about the D2C ecosystem and knows how to turn conversations into partnerships.You’ll be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding new D2C clients who can benefit from our performance marketing expertise.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and research potential D2C brands that fit our ideal client profile.
2. Reach out to brand founders, marketing heads, or decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, or calls.
3. Pitch our services clearly — focusing on ROI-driven performance marketing.
4. Schedule and attend discovery calls with the founder/team.
5. Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads and follow-ups.
6. Understand client pain points and communicate how our solutions can solve them.
7. Work closely with the marketing and strategy team to tailor proposals.
8. Meet monthly targets for outreach, meetings, and conversions.
