About the Job
As a Business Development Associate at Interview Lift, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company. Your English proficiency and effective communication skills will be essential in building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners. Your proficiency in Google Sheets and MS-Excel will help you analyze data, track progress, and create reports to support our sales and marketing efforts.Key Responsibilities:
1. Associate will be responsible for B2C sales, Convert assigned leads into clients by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
2. Make outbound calls and conduct cold calling to generate interest and drive sales Reach out to prospects through phone calls, emails, and networking events
3. Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations
Follow up with leads consistently to ensure timely closure of deals.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions for clients
5. Track sales pipeline and update CRM system with accurate information
6. Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
