We are looking for energetic and motivated inside sales associates to join our EdTech team. Your primary responsibility is to reach out to potential learners, explain our programs, understand their goals, and help them make informed decisions. You will handle inbound + outbound leads, provide counselling, and support the enrolment process.Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to explain programs
2. Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses
3. Maintain consistent follow-ups to close enrolments
4. Record all interactions in CRM & prepare reports
5. Work closely with marketing teams to improve lead quality
