This is NOT a standard 9-5 gig! !We are looking for an energetic, dynamic Business Development Associate to support our sales and marketing outreach efforts and help drive new client acquisition. The ideal candidate is hungry and eager to learn and grow directly from the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Manage outreach campaigns and follow-ups.
2- Identify companies based on guidance from the CEO and find leads on LinkedIn, and become a LinkedIn guru.
3- Send personalized follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages to potential clients.
4- Schedule and coordinate calls and demos with prospects and sales representatives.
5- Remind and nudge the team about scheduled calls or meetings.
6- Learn and deliver demos.
7- Quickly understand and communicate product value to potential clients.
8- Handle a high volume of inquiries while staying organized and responsive.
9- Use tools like Canva for creating simple decks, visuals, and outreach materials.
10- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, other LLMs) to streamline outreach, research, and documentation.
11- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups in task management tools like monday.com.
12- Continuously learn and grow — be coachable and open to feedback for future sales growth.
