About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify, qualify, and engage clients.
2. Support the full SaaS sales cycle outreach, demos, proposals, onboarding, and renewals.
3. Build strong client relationships to drive retention, upsell, and customer advocacy.
4. Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to deliver a best-in-class merchant experience.
5. Assist in CRM management and reporting on sales performance.
6. Support go-to-market initiatives - content, partnerships, and digital campaigns.
7. Contribute to playbooks and process documentation to help scale commercial operations.
