Key Responsibilities:

1. Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and warmth.
2. Guiding customers with accurate, easy-to-understand information.
3. Identifying and resolving issues proactively- turning challenges into opportunities to build loyalty.
4. Supporting both English and Spanish-speaking customers with equal care and clarity.
5. Sharing insights and ideas to improve our customer experience and internal processes.

Work schedule- You’ll work full-time (8-hour shifts) during one of the following schedules: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Mountain Time and 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Mountain Time.
