As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for a talented Backend Engineer to help us design and build the infrastructure powering the next generation of healthcare learning.
Key responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.
2. Collaborate with product, data science, and frontend teams to design and deliver high-impact features.
3. Build and optimize AI-driven systems that personalize learning experiences for healthcare professionals.
4. Architect and implement cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
5. Contribute to DevOps workflows, including containerization (Docker), CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
6. Improve performance, security, and reliability across backend services.
7. Participate in code reviews and ensure clean, maintainable, and well-tested codebases.
8. Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring uptime and observability.
