As a back office executive at Datashale, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. Your knowledge of MS Office will be essential in managing and organizing data, ensuring seamless communication within the company, and supporting various departments in their day-to-day tasks.Key responsibilities:
1. Organize and maintain company databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.
2. Prepare and analyze reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Office applications.
3. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls, and redirect as necessary.
4. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to support overall office administration and ensure smooth workflow.
6. Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and operational expenses.
7. Provide general administrative support to the team, such as filing, scanning, and data entry tasks.
