About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Associate Telecaller with proficiency in spoken Hindi to join our team at Sunny_6400 Limited. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone and promoting our products and services. 1. Contact potential customers using a prepared script to inform them about our products and services.
2. Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
3. Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
4. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the database.
5. Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for call volume and sales quotas.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
7. Stay updated on product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
