About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Design and develop custom automation workflows and backend APIs using Node.js, Express, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
2. Take ownership of assigned client projects from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance
3. Integrate third-party APIs (CRMs, ERPs, e-commerce platforms) and internal services to create end-to-end automation pipelines
4. Work with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, SQS) for application deployment and scaling
5. Debug and optimize automation scripts for performance and reliability.
6. Proactively identify potential issues, bottlenecks, or improvements in existing workflows and propose solutions
7. Collaborate with the product and delivery teams to understand client automation requirements and translate them into technical solutions
8. Communicate project status, blockers, and technical decisions clearly and regularly to stakeholders
9. Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation for delivered solutions
10. Maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations, APIs, and custom solutions
