About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Content management:
1. Prepare and schedule posts in draft mode to test and analyze performance across different time slots.
2. Publish posts consistently across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat).
3. Schedule and post on LinkedIn once a week to maintain professional engagement.
B. Customer engagement:
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and messages on all social channels.
2. Engage actively with relevant channels, brands, and communities to boost visibility and interaction.
C. Performance analysis:
1. Track and report key post-performance metrics (engagement rate, clicks, impressions).
2. Share insights and recommendations to help refine content strategy.
D. Creative marketing support:
1. Work with the marketing team to ideate and create innovative, high-quality ad creatives to boost engagement.
2. Support the listing team with product image cleanup and quality enhancement as needed.
3. Assist in Klaviyo email marketing- campaign creation (weekly 1), setup, scheduling, and performance tracking.
