About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Create detailed and insightful event agendas using ChatGPT and other AI tools based on the event theme
2. Coordinate with website developers to ensure timely and accurate event website creation and updates
3. Identify, research, and onboard industry speakers from relevant domains such as tech, SaaS, cybersecurity, and AI
4. Maintain regular communication with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of event deliverables
5. Manage timelines and follow-ups to keep all elements of the event on track
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
2. Use tools like ChatGPT, Google Docs, Excel, and LinkedIn efficiently
3. Manage multiple tasks and timelines independently
4. Show prior experience in event coordination, content writing, or speaker management (preferred)
5. Exhibit strong organizational, self-motivated, and proactive qualities
Work Timings: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM IST
