About the Job
As an Area Manager – Development & Operations, you will play a dual role of driving business development and ensuring smooth operational excellence across preschools in your assigned region. This is a high-impact role where you will directly contribute to the growth and success of both the brand and our franchise partners.Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and onboard new franchise partners to expand the preschool network.
2. Support franchise owners in setting up and launching new centers.
3. Conduct regular operational audits and ensure adherence to brand standards.
4. Guide and train franchise partners and staff on curriculum implementation, safety, and quality standards.
5. Drive enrollments and admissions through local marketing and outreach activities.
6. Act as a bridge between the corporate office and franchise partners for seamless communication and support.
7. Monitor performance metrics and assist centers in achieving their business and operational goals.
8. Coordinate and support with existing centers.
