About the Job
Are you a talented Android app developer with a passion for creating innovative mobile applications? We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team! As a member of our dynamic tech team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the success of our app.Key Responsibilities:
1. Build, ship, and support Android features using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and coroutines.
2. Collaborate with product, design, and backend to scope requirements and shape intuitive UX.
3. Review code, share constructive feedback, and uphold high engineering standards.
4. Write reliable unit/UI/instrumentation tests; monitor releases, analyze metrics, and iterate post-launch.
5. Maintain clear, proactive communication on status, risks, and trade-offs across stakeholders.
6. Plan and track work in Jira; break down projects into well-scoped, deliverable tasks.
7. Author technical design docs and contribute to team best practices and architecture guidelines.
8. Apply deep expertise in Kotlin, Compose, and structured concurrency to drive high-quality implementations.
9. Architect robust Android apps (e.g., MVVM/unidirectional data flow), including DI and offline/async patterns.
10. Integrate and optimize GraphQL usage (queries, mutations, schema interactions, caching).
11. Diagnose, profile, and resolve performance issues to ensure smooth, reliable experiences at scale.
12. Communicate effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment- both written and verbal.
13. Use Jira for planning and tracking; PR-driven development with thoughtful reviews
