Key Responsibilities:

1. Enhance and scale the company’s proprietary AI model with new agentic and RAG-driven capabilities.
2. Collaborate with AI and backend team members to integrate generative and agent-based AI systems across products.
3. Maintain and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, speed, and contextual consistency.
4. Design and deploy multi-modal AI solutions across text, image, video, and audio workflows.
5. Build robust backend pipelines using Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, and PostgreSQL for AI features.
6. Implement context management, knowledge retrieval, and AI workflow orchestration using LangChain, LangGraph, and related frameworks.
7. Continuously experiment with new AI frameworks, tools, and system designs to keep the stack state-of-the-art.
8. Build and develop specialized AI agents for niche use cases within our strategy and innovation ecosystem.
10. Build a prompt management system - Work with AI agents and models to prompt engineer and develop a system to manage all together.
