Tax Central is seeking a skilled and reliable Account Manager/Accountant based in India to support our Australian operations. This is a full-time work-from-home role that requires strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work during Australian business hours.You will manage quoting, invoicing, bookkeeping, stock coordination, and daily communication with clients and internal teams in Australia. The role suits someone organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, payroll, and tax filings.
2. Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions.
3. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations by preparing and filing accurate tax returns.
4. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for management review.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to resolve financial issues and improve processes.
6. Communicate effectively with clients to address their accounting and tax needs.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in tax laws to provide accurate and timely guidance.
