About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Manage a customer base of 300 parents and students.
2. Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately via phone, email, or chat.
3. Coordinate with subject teachers and students to ensure classes are conducted as scheduled.
4. Handle class rescheduling by coordinating with all stakeholders as required.
5. Gather feedback from parents, students, and teachers to improve class processes.
6. Maintain strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring renewals, upsells, and cross-sells of Turito's products while meeting revenue targets.
7. Control churn and maintain a high customer retention percentage.
8. Maintain a tracker for ongoing and upcoming classes and communication logs across all channels.
9. Adhere strictly to Turito's processes when responding to client issues.
10. Gather customer feedback and share it with teachers and relevant departments for resolution.
11. Create an inspiring team environment with open communication.
12. Set clear goals, delegate tasks, and define Turnaround Times (TAT).
13. Monitor team performance and enable development opportunities through initiatives.
14. Prepare development plans for team members and track their implementation.
15. Listen to team feedback and resolve conflicts as needed.
16. Suggest and implement team-building activities.
17. Maintain a customer-centric approach and work with the team to resolve queries promptly.
18. Conduct quality audits of existing processes and report process gaps to immediate managers.
