About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients after company registration.
2. Understand clients’ business needs and ensure timely delivery of services such as:
a. Tax registration & filing
b. Visa processing
c. License renewals
d. Compliance with UAE legal formalities
3. Advise clients on ongoing regulatory and administrative requirements.
4. Liaise with government departments (e.g., DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, FTA) to get client-related tasks completed efficiently.
5. Coordinate internal teams to fulfill client requests in a timely and professional manner.
6. Maintain all client-related documentation, tasks, and progress on SharePoint for transparency and tracking.
7. Ensure high client satisfaction and build long-term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
8. Monitor renewal dates, deadlines, and proactively inform clients of required actions.
9. Attend client meetings, when necessary, to understand and solve complex issues.
