3. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze recruitment data, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the hiring process.
4. Collaborate with HR team to coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
5. Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to attract top candidates.
6. Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources to build a strong candidate pipeline.
7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes.
