About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Understanding hiring needs: Partner with hiring managers to identify job requirements. Create or update job descriptions. Determine necessary skills, experience, and qualifications.
2. Sourcing candidates: Post job openings on job portals, social media, and company careers page. Search for candidates through databases, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc. Use creative strategies to attract qualified talent.
3. Screening & shortlisting: Review resumes and applications. Conduct initial phone or video screenings. Shortlist candidates who match job requirements.
4. Interview coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Prepare interview questions or assessment tests. Ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
5. Conducting interviews: Perform HR interviews to evaluate communication, culture fit, and soft skills. Evaluate candidate responses and document assessments.
6. Managing the hiring process: Coordinate final interviews and selection decisions. Assist with salary negotiations and offer discussions. Prepare and issue offer letters.
7. Candidate experience & communication: Keep candidates informed at every stage. Provide feedback when applicable. Build positive engagement with potential hires.
9. Employer branding: Promote the company as an attractive workplace. Support recruitment marketing campaigns. Attend job fairs or campus placements.
10. Onboarding support: Coordinate joining formalities. Assist with background checks and documentation. Ensure smooth transition for new hires.
