Key responsibilities:1. Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
2. Manage the full recruitment cycle — from job posting to onboarding.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
5. Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of the hiring process.
6. Maintain recruitment reports and metrics in the ATS or internal tracker.
