About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Sourcing
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for all open positions.
Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring team.
2. Candidate Management
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Provide a positive and professional candidate experience.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
3. Stakeholder Coordination
Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment progress.
Support hiring managers in final selection and salary negotiations.
4. Onboarding Support
Coordinate offer rollouts, background checks, and joining formalities.
Assist in smooth transition of selected candidates to onboarding team.
