About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and students in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front-office environment.
3. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; handle inquiries efficiently.
4. Manage visitor logs, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings.
5. Serve as a bridge between walk-ins and internal departments.
6. Share accurate information about services, processes, and appointments.
7. Assist the HR/Admin team with internal coordination when required.
8. Handle daily emails, documentation, and basic data entry tasks.
9. Manage courier services, office supplies, and stationery inventory.
10. Assist in scheduling interviews, meetings, or student appointments.
11. Support in event coordination and basic administrative workflows.
12. Provide prompt and courteous support to students and parents.
13. Address basic queries and direct complex concerns to respective teams.
14. Maintain a service-oriented and positive atmosphere at the front desk.
