About the Job
As a Real Estate Sales & Marketing (Residential) at Northar Realty, you will play a key role in driving sales, generating leads, and assisting clients in finding the right residential properties.Key Responsibilities:
1. Engaging with potential homebuyers through calls, messages, and meetings.
2. Explaining project details, pricing, and amenities to clients clearly and confidently.
3. Coordinating site visits and assisting clients during property tours.
4. Maintaining and updating the client database, lead tracker, and follow-up records.
5. Supporting marketing campaigns — online and offline — for residential projects.
6. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly sales goals.
7. Preparing weekly reports on leads, visits, and conversions.
8. Assisting in creating promotional content for social media (Instagram Reels, property videos, etc.).
9. Maintaining strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat clients.
