About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Identify customer needs: Understand client requirements thoroughly and recommend the most suitable property options to match their preferences and budget.
2. Coordinate site visits: Arrange, schedule, and manage property site visits for potential clients to enhance engagement and support informed decision-making.
3. Maintain client database: Keep detailed, accurate, and organized records of client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
4. Lead nurturing: Regularly engage with leads through calls, messages, and emails to convert them into qualified prospects.
5. Sales collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support deal closures and contribute to achieving overall sales targets.
6. Product knowledge: Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all company projects, pricing structures, amenities, and unique selling points to effectively communicate value to clients.
7. Prompt inquiry handling: Respond to client questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure a seamless customer experience.
8. Customer relationship management: Provide exceptional customer service to build trust, ensure satisfaction, and foster long-term client relationships.
