About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and optimize NPK enrichment processes for Fermented Organic Manure (FOM).
2. Conduct lab experiments and pilot trials to test new formulations.
3. Monitor physical, chemical, and microbial parameters (moisture, pH, nutrient levels).
4. Document all experimental data and analyze results for process improvement.
5. Collaborate with production teams to scale lab processes to pilot and commercial production.
6. Innovate and propose new fertilizer formulations and enrichment techniques.
7. Ensure quality control and consistency across all R&D batches.
8. Stay updated on the latest agritech and sustainable fertilizer technologies.
9. Support process optimization and efficiency improvements in fertilizer production.
10. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth integration of R&D outputs into production.
