About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Communicate directly with potential clients (inbound leads, referrals, and website inquiries) to understand their mobility challenges and relevant medical background
2. Evaluate patient medical records, clinical reports, and conduct assessments (via phone, video, or in person) to determine eligibility for assistive devices
3. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility needs, and clinical history to determine suitable prosthetic, orthotic, or assistive solutions
4. Customize, fit, and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices, ensuring optimal comfort, function, and performance for each patient
5. Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to provide clinical insights and feedback for the continuous improvement of exoskeleton devices
6. Work closely with the team to ensure that our devices meet both clinical needs and technical specifications
7. Participate in clinical trials or pilot testing of new devices, documenting results and providing feedback to improve device functionality and user experience
8. Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, device fittings, adjustments, and progress
9. Conduct in-person assessments, installations, and training sessions at client locations, clinics, or rehabilitation centres as needed
