About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Attend all scheduled project meetings aligned with Canadian (EST/PST) time zones.
2. Represent the India engineering team in discussions related to civil, structural, and utility design projects.
3. Capture detailed meeting minutes, action items, decisions, and follow-up tasks with high accuracy.
4. Coordinate with internal design teams in India to ensure the timely delivery of drawings, calculations, and updates.
5. Review preliminary civil/structural documentation to understand project requirements and contribute to technical discussions.
6. Act as the communication bridge between Canadian Project Managers and Indian engineering teams.
7. Track progress of deliverables, escalate risks or delays proactively, and ensure alignment of timelines.
8. Prepare weekly reports and project updates for management.
9. Support quality checks and documentation control as required.
10. Assist in scheduling meetings, organizing presentations, and preparing technical summaries.
