About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors while managing multiple qualitative and quantitative research projects.
2. Collaborate with vendors/suppliers to ensure project delivery within defined budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
3. Monitor project progress regularly to ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
4. Facilitate clear communication between project teams and provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
5. Apply strong skills in planning, coordination, negotiation, optimization, and quality management to drive project success.
6. Identify areas for improvement and support the implementation of process enhancements and project initiatives.
7. Review questionnaires and apply appropriate quotas, targets, and screening criteria as per project requirements.
8. Prepare top-line summaries and detailed project reports as needed.
9. Address client queries related to service capabilities, project feasibility, and country-specific requirements.
