About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Project planning & execution: Develop and manage detailed project timelines, schedules, and deliverables. Coordinate between design, procurement, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution. Drive adherence to project milestones and client expectations.
2. Design coordination: Work closely with designers to translate creative concepts into executable site plans. Ensure design intent, brand aesthetics, and detailing are consistently maintained through execution.
3. Vendor & contractor management: Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers. Oversee procurement, costing, and material quality in alignment with project goals. Ensure vendors comply with safety, quality, and contractual terms.
4. Site supervision: Oversee day-to-day site progress and ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications. Proactively resolve site-level challenges and ensure timely completion of milestones. Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality norms.
5. Budgeting & reporting: Prepare and manage budgets, track costs, and control deviations. Maintain detailed reports on progress, costs, and resource utilization. Present updates to management and clients at regular intervals.
6. Quality & compliance: Maintain high-quality execution standards in line with Breakout’s benchmarks. Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and organizational requirements.
7. Research & innovation: Stay updated with market trends, new materials, and innovative execution techniques. Recommend creative, efficient, and cost-effective solutions to enhance design delivery.
