About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Construction Division:
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with architects, site engineers, and vendors for timely material procurement and delivery.
Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and compliance checklists.
Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Support cost estimation, invoicing, and vendor payment tracking.
2. Paying Guest (PG) Division
Oversee day-to-day operations of PG facilities including maintenance, cleanliness, and occupancy tracking.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance teams, and vendors to ensure seamless guest experience.
Maintain booking records, track occupancy rates, and manage customer feedback.
Support digital marketing efforts, including listing updates, social media coordination, and tenant communication.
Assist in budgeting, procurement of utilities, and expense tracking.
3. Required Skills:
Quick learner. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Basic understanding of project and operations management principles.
Ability to coordinate across teams and adapt to dynamic work environments.
Analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making.
4. Preferred Tools & Software:
Documentation & Reporting: Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Word, PowerPoint
Design/Planning Tools (for Construction): AutoCAD (optional), SketchUp (optional), Canva
