As a Program Advisor (Fresher), you will assist prospective students in exploring IIDE’s digital marketing programs and guide them toward the right career paths. This role is ideal for candidates eager to begin a career in inside sales, student counselling, voice-based communication roles, EdTech admissions, or business development.
You will engage with leads, respond to enquiries, conduct outbound calling, convert prospects into enrollments, and support students through their admission journey.
Key responsibilities:
A. Student Counselling & Program Guidance
1. Explain IIDE’s programs, curriculum, and learning pathways to students and parents.
2. Help applicants understand fees, schedules, placement support, and skill outcomes.
3. Recommend suitable program options based on their goals and interests.
4. Act as the primary advisor for all incoming queries.
B. Inside Sales, Calling & Conversions
1. Make 60–80 connected outbound calls per day to interested learners.
2. Handle inbound queries and convert them into confirmed admissions.
3. Communicate the program’s value through structured conversations.
4. Manage regular follow-ups, call-backs, and engagement activities.
C. Lead Management, CRM & Reporting
1. Maintain accurate lead data, call notes, and follow-up records in the CRM.
2. Track each lead through the admission funnel and work toward conversion targets.
3. Prepare daily and weekly call, lead, and conversion reports.
D. Additional Responsibilities
1. Assist with scheduling counselling sessions, webinars, demos, and events.
2. Resolve student concerns promptly while maintaining quality service standards.
3. Support the team with additional tasks assigned by the Team Lead or Sales Manager.
E. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. Outbound Calls: 60–80 connected calls/day
2. Talk Time: 2–3 hours/day
3. Enrollment Targets: Achieve weekly & monthly conversion goals
4. Location: Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate
