As a Program Advisor (Fresher) at our Delhi centre, you will assist prospective students by explaining program details, addressing queries, and guiding them through the enrollment process. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, student engagement, sales conversations, and want to build a long-term career in EdTech admissions, inside sales, academic advising, or telecalling-based roles.

Key responsibilities:

A. Student Counselling & Program Guidance
1. Explain IIDE’s digital marketing programs, curriculum, and learning pathways.
2. Counsel students and parents on fees, schedules, program structure, and outcomes.
3. Guide students in selecting the most suitable program based on their goals.
4. Act as a primary student advisor for incoming inquiries.

B. Inside Sales, Calling & Conversions
1. Make 60–80 connected outbound calls per day to interested students.
2. Manage incoming queries and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
3. Conduct structured telecalling/telesales discussions to drive enrollments.
4. Maintain consistent follow-ups, callbacks, and CRM updates.

C. Lead Management, CRM & Reporting
1. Update student records, call logs, and follow-up details in CRM systems.
2. Track student progress from inquiry to enrollment and meet conversion goals.
3. Prepare daily and weekly performance reports on calls and conversions.

D. Additional Responsibilities
1. Coordinate scheduling of counselling sessions, demos, webinars, and student events.
2. Handle student queries clearly and professionally.
3. Support additional tasks assigned by the Team Lead or Sales Manager.
