About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Plan and execute efficient manufacturing and process flows for injection molding operations.
2. Oversee toolroom operations, including maintenance and repair of molds and dies.
3. Optimize production for higher efficiency, cost reduction, and consistent quality.
4. Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement techniques.
5. Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure timely output.
6 Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Basic Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in mechanical, production, or industrial engineering.
2. 0-1 years of experience in injection molding or manufacturing operations (freshers with strong fundamentals may apply).
3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, toolroom operations, and production planning.
4. Good knowledge of quality inspection, process control, and safety standards.
