About the Job
We’re looking for a nimble, execution-driven startup Product Manager to lead product definition and delivery for a rapidly evolving AI platform. You’ll own the full product lifecycle from market research to feature delivery, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing.This isn’t a traditional waterfall environment. Our releases happen in days, not months, and priorities shift with user feedback and market dynamics. You should thrive in ambiguity, learn fast, and adapt faster.
Key responsibilities
1. Understand market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs to define the product vision.
2. Create and maintain prioritized feature roadmaps, adjusting quickly based on feedback or changing business goals.
3. Develop user personas, journeys, and flows that capture real customer problems.
4. Use AI-assisted design tools (Lovable, V0, Galileo, etc.) to create UX/UI wireframes and flows.
5. Partner with engineering to plan, test, and deliver product updates efficiently.
6. Collaborate with marketing and growth teams on PLG-style launches, adoption, and success metrics.
7. Track and analyze key KPIs to guide future roadmap decisions.
