About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Workflow management: Oversee end-to-end execution of assigned tasks and ensure adherence to timelines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to monitor progress and clear bottlenecks.
2. Task allocation & monitoring: Assign and delegate tasks based on team strengths and project priorities. Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
3. Communication & coordination: Maintain clear, transparent, and timely communication within and across teams. Act as a bridge between departments for smooth project execution.
4. Data & sheet management: Maintain and update Google Sheets or other tracking tools for task and performance monitoring. Ensure real-time, accurate data entry and task sheet maintenance.
5. Deliverable tracking: Monitor key deliverables daily including posts shared, messages sent, connections made, and responses.
6. Advance planning: Plan and allocate work one day in advance to streamline operations. Prepare for potential workflow issues and arrange contingency plans.
7. Reporting: Generate and present daily/weekly/monthly performance reports. Highlight delays, process gaps, and suggest improvements.
