We are seeking a technically sound and experienced manager/senior manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate shall possess strong analytical skills, have a keen attention to detail, and a passion for financial analysis. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive client support specialist to manage our client relationships effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to client emails, resolving queries, and acting on behalf of our clients to ensure their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain relationships with clients by addressing their inquiries and concerns via email.
2. Respond to all client emails in a timely and professional manner.
3. Resolve client queries by providing accurate information and solutions.
4. Act on behalf of clients to facilitate communication and ensure their requirements are fulfilled.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and improve service delivery.
6. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
7. Provide feedback to management regarding client concerns and potential improvements.
Salary:
1. Probation: Duration: 3 months.
2. Salary during probation: ₹18,000/month (only for fresher).
