About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Connect with incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to understand their accommodation needs.
2. Identify potential customers, gather relevant details, and qualify leads for further property consultation.
3. Provide initial guidance on UniAcco’s global accommodation options across the UK, Australia, the USA, and other destinations.
4. Schedule property consultations and ensure smooth handovers to the property sales team.
5. Maintain consistent follow-ups to reduce lead drop-off and improve engagement rates.
6. Ensure timely communication and capture all lead information accurately in the CRM.
7. Support the sales team with pre-sales activities, including lead nurturing and basic product explanation.
8. Deliver an excellent first-touch customer experience and maintain high responsiveness.
9. Work with international shift timings (UK / Australia) as required by business needs.
